Private Yoga one to one

Yoga for Stress Relief & Yoga Nidra ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Based on the principles of restorative yoga, these flows incorporate gentle postures which deeply nourish and relax the body. Suitable for all levels of yoga practice.

Yoga Nidra is a meditative yogic practice (guided meditation). It is a state on borderline of sleep and wake fullness. Its nothing but Perfect Relaxation. Yoga Nidra can be practiced individually or together with any no of participants but in a room or closed hall. You have to follow the instructions given under the sub heading Prerequisites, Preparation and Preposition.

Yoga Strength - Armbalances

This class focuses on building a solid foundation for inversions. If a client have a particular goal or asana of interest related to inversions (e.g. handstand, crow pose, headstand etc.) we will work strategically to build necessary strength toward to the needed path. ​Generally classes begins with warm-ups, then proceeds with core and upper body strengthening. Demonstrations and adjustments will be provided accordingly.

Private Partner Yoga

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Partner Yoga is a new form of yoga where two or more practitioners practice yoga poses together. Includes both ancient and modern yogic techniques that focus on self and relationship development. These practitioners can be friends, couples, mother and child, or father and child. Partner Acro Yoga will also be introduced.

Family Yoga
